I love helping people get unstuck, gain confidence, lean into their strengths, and realize their goals.
While my coaching packages have been put together with care, experience, and feedback from my clients, I understand that every one of us has unique needs.
I believe in active listening and collaborative conversations. This means that no two coaching sessions are the same. I will fine-tune our discussions to fit your needs and meet you where you're at.

I have published 4 books, sold over 10,000 copies, and won 3 major awards and honours in less than 5 years. For the first three years of this journey, I was also working a very demanding day job.
I understand what it is to navigate the creative journey along with other priorities.
