Educators My lived experience as a person with speech-sound disorders motivated me to write my award-winning book My S’s Are Messes. The feedback from educators, care-givers, speech-language pathologists, and most importantly, from students, has validated that this is an area of Social Emotional Learning that doesn't get enough attention. More than 40% of children will have a communication challenge at some point. I can speak to your team about strategies and perspectives that will make a huge difference to you and your students.
