HOW TO ORDER: 

1.  CHOOSE YOUR ITEM/S:  Use the Price List below to decide which item/s you'd like. HINT:  A book with a matching felt story makes a great gift!  

2.  FILL OUT A FORM:  You can either use the online form or download a printable form below. 

3. SEND PAYMENT:  You can pay by any of the following methods: 

* e-transfer to info@sherrymcmillan.ca. Please include your name in the e-transfer message so that I can cross-reference your payment with the order.

* cheque made payable to Sherry McMillan brought to the school

* cash payment in exact change brought to the school
